About Us
In 2009 Premier Care Management became a new provider of community and outreach services within the South West, this is an alternative to residential accommodation and support, for vulnerable adults, young people and young offenders.
Premier Care Management offer a Education provision based at our head office and works in line with Every Child Matters and the Children’s Act 2004. Premier Care Management promotes good safeguarding practice.
Our experienced team strives to provide our young people and adults with positive and successful outcomes to reach their full potential.

Our Services
CARE
Individual approach in the process of transition into independence with one to one support from qualified and experience workers.
SUPPORT
Support and assistance to the young people in managing their every day lives, in planning ahead any expenses and attending appointments .
AWARENESS
A sensitive approach and advice on health and hygiene, advising on practising safe sex and drug and alcohol misuse awareness.
ADVICE
Advice on safety awareness when in and out doors, on emergency procedures in case of gas leak and fire, and first aid.
We build appropriate, positive and friendly relationship with the young people, which allows them to develop trust, and respect for us and others.
All employees are highly experienced, devoted and flexible in their approach and maintaining the highest standards of care and consistency, in order for them to achieve their goals. Close and regular contact with all agencies and professionals,working in partnership to gain the best possible outcomes.
Positive and consistent encouragement to achieve set goals in regards to education, work placement, interest and independence.
Regular one to one contact between the service users and their support workers, out of hours support when needed.
