Premier Care Management
Our Flats
PCM have many flat’s in the South West. It gives our young people a great start to independent living, feel safe and secure and build great relationships with staff. Staff are able to stay overnight, if required, to enable are more vulnerable clients to settle in.
This time also gives Premier Care the opportunity to risk assess, and teach our clients the basic skills to live Independently. The view is once our young people have reached full independence they will then be able to use the skills developed to successfully move into their own homes.

Drop In Centre
The Drop in Centre was opened in November 2010, this facility allows our young people to call in and talk to staff.
The Drop In has a pool table, table tennis, darts,and many board games, also music and a soft drinks vending machine.
Our young people feel relaxed in a safe and friendly environment,giving the more vulnerable client a chance to meet fellow YPS.
