Through understanding and complying with regulation, our team is determined to work our Children and Young people in order to help them achieve their full potential and progress with their independence.
- Achieving independence - teaching children and young people independence/life skills, in order to stay safe, sustain themselves in their own accommodation, budget their own money and take responsibility for their own actions.
- Building and increasing children and young peoples self esteem and sense of self worth.
- Teaching positive and socially acceptable behaviour, relationships with their families, peers, professionals, and members of the public.
- Supporting the children and young people in attending all appointments, education and work placements.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene, support with appointments with Doctors, Dentist, Opticians etc.

Joint working and regular contact with all agencies and professionals, working in partnership to gain the best possible outcomes.
- Stimulation - positive and consistent encouragement to achieve set goals in regards to education, work placement, interest and independence.
- Direct work - regular key work sessions carried out on a daily basis and out of hours support.
