Through understanding and complying with Every Child Matters, our team is determined to work with the service users in order to help them achieve their full potential and progress with their independence.
- Achieving independence - teaching young people independence/life skills, in order to stay safe, sustain themselves in their own accommodation, budget their own money and take responsibility for their own actions.
- Building and increasing young peoples self esteem and sense of self worth.Safe Environment
- Teaching positive and socially acceptable behaviour, relationships with their families, peers, professionals, and members of the public.
- Supporting the young people in attending all appointments, education and work placements.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal care,support with appointments with Doctors,Dentist,Opticians etc.

- Friendly and sensitive approach - building appropriate, positive and friendly relationship with the young people, which allows them to develop trust, and respect for us and others.
- Team work / consistency - all employees are highly experienced, devoted and flexible in their approach and maintaining the highest standards of care and consistency, in order for them to achieve their goals. Close and regular contact with all agencies and professionals,working in partnership to gain the best possible outcomes.
- Stimulation - positive and consistent encouragement to achieve set goals in regards to education, work placement, interest and independence.
- Direct work - regular one to one contact between the service users and their support workers, out of hours support when needed.
