Just wanted to drop you an email to give my sincere thanks for everything you have done for my Daughter. Since coming to you from August 2018 she is a completely different person. Going from being involved with the wrong people to being a hard working woman with her own place! You have always been there for all the family at anytime of day or night dealing with issues of anger to self harm just to name a few. Your guidance will stay with her forever. Without your personal commitment which goes way beyond any normal job I don't think she would have even made it through the toughest times in her life. I sincerely thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
My time as PCM was very good. The staff are amazing and help you with what you need to do in your life to peruse it. I am very thankful to the team that helped me & I hope the young people who are in PCM now get the help they deserve, I can’t fault none of the team members that looked after me whilst I was there , I was very welcome at the homes I went into & maybe one day I hope to be in the team myself!
Premier care has been a massive part of my life, since the age of 16 all the way through until now. Premier Care have supported me through major difficulties which life has thrown at me. They have been my ROCK.
I’ve not exactly been the easiest young person, going missing, drug abuse etc but regardless of what I’ve done Premier Care have stayed there for me! Guiding me, trying to help me make all of the right decisions. They have not only gave me a SAFE warm home to come back to every night. They’ve given me the skills and knowledge to go out into the world. Even when my placement has ended they are still ongoing with support and making sure we settled into my new home. The staff care about you.
