About Us

Our team is constantly expanding and the team we have at Premier Care Management have a wealth of experience in working with young vulnerable children/adults, mental health,drug/alcohol misuse, violence and aggression and attachment disorders.

Hayley Williams is the Managing Director and our Management team consists of Vikki Fear Office Manager, Daniel Lampard and Paul Thomas as Manager’s.

Our team of Outreach Workers are all experienced within this field of work and have or working towards level 2/3 QCF.

All staff are enhanced DBS checked and continue their professional development with in house training and various external training courses.

Teaching young people life skills, in order to stay safe, sustain themselves in their own accommodation, budget their own money and take responsibility for their own actions.

Teaching positive and socially acceptable behaviour, relationships with their families, peers, professionals, and members of the public.
Personal Care
Maintaining a high standard of personal care,support with appointments with Doctors,Dentist,Opticians etc.

Dan

Manager | Qualified Social Worker

Experience: Have worked for PCM for 8 years now (6 years as an outreach worker, 2 years as a manager). Previous experience working for Rethink Mental Illness, CAFCASS and ambassador work for disadvantaged young people

About me: Following a trip travelling around the world, I moved to Bristol from the Salisbury area to start a university course in 2010. I studied Criminology at UWE before completing a masters in Social Work at the University of Bristol, during which time I started working for Premier Care Management and have done ever since.

I have a keen interest in football and music, and being born in Southampton I am a keen Saints fan, and like to get out to football matches to see them play as and when I can. I like to try to keep fit by running regularly, although try is the operative word in that sentence!

I am happily settled in Bristol with my partner and am a proud Dad to one little boy and one little girl.

Managing Director

Background: Having worked for South Gloucestershire Council for 10 years I was given the opportunity to join Premier Care Management in 2013 and still here enjoying every part of the job. I hold Level 5 and Level 7 in Strategic Management & Leadership. In this job role every day is different and gives me great happiness seeing the team around me change the lives of our young people.

About me: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, eating out and socializing! I have a supportive husband and two sons who keep me very busy.

Paul

Manager

Background: I have worked for Premier Care Management for over four years, and started as an outreach worker before recently taking on the role as assistant manager.

Experience: I am currently enrolled on a NVQ level 5 and I am very passionate about working with young people and helping them learn new skills to be independent and get ready for life as an adult. 

About me: I enjoy most sports and especially like football and have been involved in grass roots football for over 12. years now and have been chairman of local football club for 8 years. 

I live in Bristol with my partner and four children
