About Us

Our team is constantly expanding and the team we have at Premier Care Management have a wealth of experience in working with young vulnerable children/adults, mental health,drug/alcohol misuse, violence and aggression and attachment disorders.

Hayley Williams is the Business Development Director/Nominated individual and our Management team consists of Dan Newman Registered Manager, Louise Townsend, Matt Woodham and Sam Brain as Home Managers and Alivia Harris as HR.

Our dedicated team of Support Workers are all experienced within this field of work and have or working towards level a 3/4 QCF.

All staff are enhanced DBS checked and continue their professional development with in house training and various external training courses.

Independence
Teaching children and young people life skills, in order to stay safe, sustain themselves in their own accommodation, budget their own money and take responsibility for their own actions.
Self Esteem
Building and increasing children and young peoples self esteem and sense of self worth.
Positive Behaviour
Teaching positive and socially acceptable behaviour, relationships with their families, peers, professionals, and members of the public.
Health/Wellbeing
Supporting our children and young people with their general health and wellbeing which consists of attending doctors, dentist and attending appointments with external agencies.

Hayley

Business Development Director

Background: Having worked for South Gloucestershire Council for 10 years I was given the opportunity to join Premier Care Management in 2013 and still here enjoying every part of the job. I hold Level 5 and Level 7 in Strategic Management & Leadership. In this job role every day is different and it gives me great happiness seeing the team around me change the lives of our young people and children.

About me: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, eating out and socializing! I have a supportive husband and two sons who keep me very busy.

Dan

Registered Service Manager

Background: I joined Premier Care as the Registered service manager in 2025 after 5 years with a previous employer working through the ranks from Support Worker to Home Manager then progressing to Deputy Manager alongside completing my Level 3 NVQ and Level 5 . My time at PCM has been incredibly rewarding, and I have been made to feel so welcome by such a dedicated and supportive management team and staff. It has been especially fulfilling to see the positive progress and development that our children and young people make.

About me: Outside of work, I really enjoy my sports especially cricket and golf and take the opportunity to play when I can. Besides this, I am very family orientated and love spending spending time in my garden. 

Alivia

HR

Experience: I have been working with Premier Care since 2025 as a HR Assistant. Even though my background consists of Admin work, PCM has given me the opportunity to grow and I am now currently working towards my Level 3 in people functioning. I enjoy being part of the PCM team. 

About me: Outside of work I am very social, I enjoy running  and spending lots of time with my friends and family

Louise Townsend

Home Manager

Background: I joined Premier Care in 2021 as a support worker and I am currently working towards my Level 5 qualification as a Home manager.

About me: I’m a big football fan and love getting away in my campervan whenever I can, whether it’s a weekend by the coast or exploring somewhere new. I have always played football and have also coached football over the years, which has helped me build strong teamwork and communication skills.

Matt

Home Manager

Background: I have been working with PCM since October 2022, initially joining the organisation as a support worker. During my time with PCM, I successfully completed my Level 3 further developing my knowledge and skills within the care sector. I have recently progressed into the role of Home Manager, where I am committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting both young people and staff.

About me: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, staying active, and making the most of the outdoors, particularly along the coast.

Sam

Home Manager

Background: I have worked for PCM since 2022 and have progressed from Support Worker to Team Leader and am now currently a Home Manager. I achieved my Level 3 NVQ and am now working towards my Level 5 qualification. I thoroughly enjoy my time in work with my Colleagues and enjoy spending time with our children when I get the opportunity and like to see how they progress when with us.

About me: Out of work I have a busy social life and love spending time with friends, cooking, reading, watching sport and going on holiday.
