Premier Care Management

About Us

Premier Care Management has been established since 2009. We are an alternative to residential accommodation and support, for vulnerable adults, young offenders and children and young people.

Premier Care Managements head office is based in Kingswood, Bristol and our homes for our children and young people are within a 15 minute radius. We enjoy being in close proximity to our children as this enables them to visit us at the office as well as allowing us to visit them in their homes. 

Our experienced team strives to provide our children and young people with positive and successful outcomes to reach their full potential. 

With our recent OFSTED rating of grade 2, this reflects the dedication and commitment of the whole staffing team at Premier Care Management.

Our Services

SUPPORT

Support and assistance to the children and young people in managing their every day lives. Individual approach in the process of transition into independence.

Nurturing

One to one support to provide a safe and nurturing home environment to enable our children and young people to flourish.

AWARENESS

A sensitive approach and advice on health and hygiene, advising on practising safe sex, drug and alcohol misuse and keeping safe.

ADVICE

Preparing our children and young people for independence by providing them the tools they need to safely navigate life once they leave Premier Care Management.

Regular key work sessions are carried out with our children and young people to provide them with a greater understanding of life and educate them about the tools they may need to live independently.
