Our Homes

Premier Care Management have many homes in the South West. It gives our children and young people a great start to independent living, feel safe and secure and build great relationships with staff. 

 Within the home our dedicated staffing team teach/guide our children and young people to live independently. The view is once our children and young people have reached full independence they will then be able to use the skills developed to successfully move into their own homes.
